STEP 2: Intake Call

After submitting your application, our team will contact you for a brief intake call or Zoom meeting. We’ll answer your questions and go over details about availability, eligibility, and what to expect during move-in.

STEP 3: Review Our Resident Agreement

Before move-in, please read and initial numbers 1–18, and sign our Resident Agreement and House Policies .

STEP 4: Move-In & Orientation

Once approved, you’ll be scheduled for move-in and orientation with one of our House Leads. You’ll tour the home, meet your peers, and receive information about chores, curfew, and community expectations.

STEP 5: Ongoing Support

Welcome home! You’ll have access to weekly meetings, peer mentors, and our 24/7 online tools for repair requests and accountability check-ins. You’re now part of the Modest House family - where we grow, recover, and thrive together.
