OUR FOUNDERS
Ann & Dexter, two individuals from modest means, founded Modest House Foundation. Driven by a profound sense of community and a shared commitment to making a meaningful difference, have embarked on an inspiring journey to address the pressing housing crisis.
Fueled by their genuine concern and unwavering values, they recognized the urgent need to provide support and stability to those facing transitions in their lives. Guided by passion and grit, they founded a remarkable (501c3) non-profit organization that seeks to alleviate this crisis by offering housing solutions and creating a sense of belonging.
